About Me

I’m an Agile coach who enjoys helping teams work better together through clear thinking, practical support, and honest conversation. Over the last 10+ years, I’ve worked with product managers, designers, engineers, and data teams across different parts of discovery and delivery, supporting workshops, facilitation, team dynamics, product thinking, and leadership coaching. I care about keeping things simple, honest, and human, and much of what draws me to this work is the human side of it, how people collaborate, navigate change, and grow together. 

I also enjoy sharing what I learn through writing, speaking, and community meetups.
